Not that easy to put together, but luckily my partner is a time served engineer. He now says he is qualified in aircraft engineering as thats what the nuts and bolts for this are made of!! 8 levels of Resistance?
I use this on a daily basis and although the build quality is good, the 8 levels of resistance is almost useless. I can only use it on level 7 or 8 ( the highest levels) which means that to get a good work out, I have to use this machine for a minimum of 30 minutes. Only an ill or frail old person could benefit from levels 1 - 5 on this resistance scale. I would like this resistance higher so that I could use the same amount of energy in a shorter time, say 10 minutes.... For this to happen the machine would need 20 levels of resistance at least.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I bought this to replace my other upright exercise bike which was causing me huge problems with lower back pain. This bike is fantastic. The seat is comfortable and I'm finding the resistance levels very useful. I will be able to use it much more frequently than my previous bike.
